To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all our thoughtful homemakers, the following items from our menu are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Adaptive Toys: Due to their specialized nature and hygiene considerations.
- Artificial Flowers & Plants / Artificial Greenery: As these are considered sanitary goods once opened.
- Candles & Home Fragrances: For safety and sanitary reasons.
- Cleaning Supplies & Cleaning Tools: For health and hygiene protection.
- Any item that is damaged due to misuse, is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or is returned without its original packaging.
Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Await Authorization & Instructions: Our team, based in Evansville, Indiana, will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions within 2 business days. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
- Package Your Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and seal the box securely. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the package.
- Ship the Package: Send your return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Confirmation & Resolution: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- For refunds: Your refund will be processed automatically.
- For exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to you promptly. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or contact you for an alternative.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
