    • Carrier: EMS.
    • Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
    • A cost-effective option for your larger decor projects.

Please Note: We ship globally, with the exception of some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing or factors outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not align perfectly with your vision. Our returns process is designed to be straightforward and fair.

Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition with all tags and accessories included.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Important: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all our valued customers, the following items from our collections are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Adaptive Toys (due to their specialized nature and hygiene considerations).
  • Artificial Flowers & Plants / Artificial Greenery (considered sanitary goods once opened).
  • Candles & Home Fragrances (for safety and sanitary reasons).
  • Cleaning Supplies & Cleaning Tools (for health and hygiene protection).
  • Any item that is damaged due to misuse, is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or is returned without its original packaging.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our Customer Service team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Please use the template provided below to include all necessary details.
  2. Await Authorization: Our team in Evansville, Indiana, will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions within 2 business days. Please do not ship items back without an RMA.
  3. Package Your Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the package. Seal the box securely.
  4. Ship the Package: Send your return to the address provided in your instructions using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  5. Confirmation & Resolution: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
    • For refunds: Your refund will be processed automatically.
    • For exchanges: We will ship the replacement promptly. If it is out of stock, we will issue a refund or contact you for an alternative.

Refunds: Timing & Method

  • Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution but is typically within an additional 3-10 business days.
